After we left Frickenhausen we took a short stop in Nuremberg before arriving in Wolfratshausen, a town south of Munich. We have friends from our Ann Arbor days living there. The charming town of Wolfratshausen is older than Munich and sits near the Isar river. We were amazed by the river's creamy color which you can kind of see in the photo. Our friends are great hosts and we spent a wonderful and relaxing few days with them.
