I sat and watched the ocean change colors today. It was gray when I arrived, some of the same gray as is in the rocks. As it started to change color I saw startlingly blue to my right and gray to my left. Turquoise began to appear in the crashing waves. It peaked out amidst the white, splashing water. Eventually, the whole body of water was shades of blue and turquoise.
