Only a few days left of summer vacation. It doesn't feel like that could be true since it's back in the 90's again. But I leave for Maine and the residency very soon.

Thanks! Tomatillos are from the tomato family. They are a bit more acidic I think. They taste great uncooked and chopped up with tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
